The directors bring about 80 years of combined experience across various industries and roles including IT Services, Corporate Solutions, Government, Supplies and Finance.
Khwezi was born from the idea of providing and focusing on Service Delivery as the key ingredient and focusing on building and maintaining long-term value-added relationships with our clients.
Khwezi has evolved from focusing on law firms to servicing renowned corporates in various sectors and government departments.
Jason Schoultz
Chief Executive Officer
Jason boasts an illustrious career spanning over three decades in the information technology sector, marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation. Armed with a solid foundation of academic achievements and expertise is underscored by his business studies from renowned prestigious institutions: IMM International Marketing Management, Gordan’s Institute of Business Science (GIBS), ITIL® Certificate in IT Service Management.
In 2002, Jason ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his first venture, which he later successfully sold to Reunert Ltd in 2007, marking a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial journey. During his nine-year tenure as National Solutions Manager, Jason honed his skills across various sectors.
Driven by his passion for leveraging technology to enhance services, Jason established Khwezi Holdings (Pty) Ltd, focusing on niche vertical markets such as law, retail, mining, medical, and engineering industries. Under his visionary leadership, Khwezi Holdings has become a trailblazer in the industry, achieving notable milestones in compliance, content management, and legal cost recovery.

Lebogang Sibuyi
Non-Executive Director and Shareholder
Lebogang is a versatile professional with a dynamic background spanning various industries and disciplines. Armed with two university degrees, she has cultivated a profound understanding of business dynamics and human interaction.
With proficiency in 11 official languages, Lebogang embodies the essence of effective communication and cultural fluency, enabling her to connect with diverse audiences on a profound level.
Throughout her 15-year career journey, Lebogang has demonstrated her adaptability and resilience across different roles. Beginning with a robust foundation in human resources, she honed her skills in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
Transitioning seamlessly into a sales role, Lebogang showcased her strategic acumen and persuasive abilities, consistently exceeding targets and fostering lasting client relationships.
In her most recent venture, Lebogang has embraced entrepreneurship in agriculture, spearheading a farming project in Limpopo. Her visionary leadership and commitment to sustainability have not only propelled the project forward but also contributed to the local community’s economic empowerment.
